Please Note: Please order medications with the assistance of a doctor’s prescription. The company won’t be liable in case of an order of wrong medication. SN PANDIT HEALTHCARE SERVICE LLP don’t provide any return or cancellation policy once the product is ordered

Return To Origin

  1. When a product is defective on arrival, SN PANDIT HEALTHCARE SERVICE LLP will ensure to replace the product after the defective product is returned by the user.
  2. When a product is damaged on arrival, SN PANDIT HEALTHCARE SERVICE LLP will not be liable for the loss and the user should claim from the courier services.

When the product is NOT DEFECTIVE

  1. When the product is of a different color as compared to another ayurvedic product
  2. When the product form is different as compared to other ayurvedic products (E.g. Chawanprash in other ayurvedic product will be semi solid and SN PANDIT HEALTHCARE SERVICE LLP services is liquid)
  3. When the product smells differently as compared to other ayurvedic products.

Please Note: When a product is lost by courier in transit. SN Pandit Healthcare will not be liable for the same and the user can claim their refund from the courier services.

Customer returns

  1. Customer returns will be accepted only when a product delivered is Wrong Or Damaged.
  2. Customer can contact support team via email within 48 hours from delivery. Our team will request for certain proofs of damages, wrong item delivered.
