  2. Com will not be liable or responsible for correspondence lost or delayed in the mail/e-mail.
  3. www.snpanditayurveda.com reserves the right to refuse, amend, vary or cancel the membership of any user without assigning any reason and without prior notification.

USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

You will receive a password and account information upon completing the Website’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us on the website www.snpanditayurveda.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you Logout from your account at the end of each session. www.snpanditayurveda.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 2.

  1. These terms and conditions are operational only in India and open to the participation of all the registered members, residents of India of www.snpanditayurveda.com, over and above the age of 18 years.
  2. The account may be extended to other geographies and other audiences at www.snpanditayurveda.com at the discretion of SN PANDIT HEALTHCARE SERVICE LLP.
  3. User accounts will be offered to the user after his/her registration for the account in the Signup section on the website.
  4. Account registration will be identified by a single registered email id confirmed by the registered user at the time of the first login on www.snpanditayurveda.com.
  5. Two similar email ids cannot be combined under a single registration.
  6. The User accounts will be activated for existing and new members/customers upon registering with www.snpanditayurveda.com.
  7. The User account is valid for life until www.snpanditayurveda.com decided to terminate, or upgrade this Website i.e., www.snpanditayurveda.com, with or without notice to its users.
  8. If any illegal activities or any breach of the policies, or terms of use by the user is found, SN PANDIT HEALTHCARE SERVICE LLP and www.snpanditayurveda.com holds the rights to terminate the account and also cooperate with the legal authority to share any such information if required with or without notice to its user/s.

The user guarantees, warrants, and certifies that you are the owner of the content which you submit or otherwise authorized to use the content and that the content does not infringe upon the property rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of others. You further warrant that to your knowledge, no action, suit, proceeding, or investigation has been instituted or threatened relating to any content, including trademark, trade name service mark, and copyright formerly or currently used by you in connection with the Services rendered by SN PANDIT HEALTHCARE SERVICE LLP and www.snpanditayurveda.com.

INDEMNIFICATION
